An authentic summer camp experience is only complete when the community engages in unique traditions that bring campers and staff together. This is an important part of the Everwood Day Camp experience. Traditions like daily assemblies, singing camp songs, and storytelling are just the beginning at Everwood. We also add a hose of unique, wacky, exclusive daily special events that only happen on the Everwood campus. It’s through these traditions that relationships are strengthened, campers and counselors feel an increased sense of belonging and continuity is maintained from summer to summer. What’s more fun than bonding with the camp friend each year while playing tug-of-war in 300 gallons of Jell-O!
