Everwood offers 2 week sessions that can be combined to create a longer summer of 4, 6 or 8 weeks
* This stand alone single week is a great addition to your child’s summer. Campers will have the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of Camp activities including arts, sports, adventure, waterfront and more. Expect to see some changes in program and staffing this week.

Extended Day Costs
AM Care: 7:15am-8:45am $105/Week*
PM Care: 4:00pm-6:00pm $135/Week*
BOTH AM AND PM: $215/Week*
*Daily rates are not available. Families must commit to a whole week of care.

Transportation Fees
We have established the following fees for our bus stops. Please know, that we do not profit on our transportation charges, and you are always able to drop off and pick up your child at no charge.
In addition, we are not able to accommodate partial weeks or days of transportation for a reduced charge.

Refund Policy
In case of cancellation, our refund policy is as follows:
- Before February 1st, 2027, all tuition paid by your family, including deposits ($150/week at camp), are fully refundable at any time, for any reason!
- After February 1st, 2027, a $150 per week cancellation fee will be applied to any cancelled weeks.
- March 30th, 2027- Final day to reduce weeks and receive refund (minus cancellation fee)
- April 1st, 2027- Tuition Balance due. Beyond this date, no refunds will be issued, rather tuition paid will be credited toward the 2028 season (less the $150 per week cancellation fee)

Payment Policies
Each camp family must choose a method of payment for the deposit and remaining balance, prior to the completion of the camper application.
Deposit
A $150 deposit (per week, per camper) is required to finalize a camper application and is processed by the Camp office at the time of enrollment. Applicable forms of payment of the deposit are:

- Money Order (*see below)
- eCheck
Checks and money orders may be made payable to Everwood Day Camp, and sent to 125 Lakeview Street, Sharon, MA 02067. Credit cards and eChecks may be entered into a secured, password protected CampIntouch account. Choosing a deposit method is required to complete the camper application. Please note: Enrollment is not complete and a spot WILL NOT be guaranteed until the required deposit is received.
Balance
Camp Tuition balance is to be paid in full by April 1st, 2027. Parents can choose to pay in full, in installments (Installment Dates: Nov. 1st, April 1st, and Feb. 1st) or monthly. If you enroll after one of the installment dates, payments will be divided by the number of installments remaining.
