Everwood’s Teen Leadership Program gives your emerging leader an opportunity to shine in new ways, with new responsibilities, higher expectations, and more opportunities to celebrate the incredible human they are.
The Teen Program is carefully designed to grow your campers confidence and leadership skills in ways that make a lasting impact on our camp community; hosting AWESOME events for the rest of camp, running teen-led service projects, and regularly supporting younger campers!
Every camp day will start with high quality programming facilitated by our Teen Mentor staff! At the intersection of pop culture and practical instruction, teens will participate in challenges, team-building exercises, and meaningful instruction. Highlights include ‘Chopped’ cooking competitions, solving a Whodunnit-style Murder Mystery, and a 500 meter swim across our bay on Lake Massapoag.
With each new day teens will defy their own expectations of what they are capable of! This is leadership development reimagined for the next generation.
