11th & 12th Grade
Our 11th and 12th-grade counselor program is a paid work experience. However, it’s important to us that our younger staff members are guided and supported through the transition from camper to counselor. We recognize that, for many, this is the first job, and with that comes a lot of things to learn and get used to. Through specialized training for young staff, and increased supervision and feedback sessions, our supported camp counselors have the opportunity to work in an environment that supports their growth.
