Our Teen Leadership program is all about helping young adults grow into awesome, confident leaders. It’s for teens who are ready to step up, take on responsibilities, and learn how to make a real impact. Teens dive into hands-on skill-building and meaningful service work that makes leadership feel exciting and totally doable. As role models for the rest of camp, teens lead by example and show everyone what it means to inspire others.
Our Teen Leadership Staff delivers a high-energy, hands-on curriculum designed to build real-world leadership skills while keeping it engaging and memorable. This isn’t your typical teamwork exercise—we trade tired activities like the human-knot for elevated challenges inspired by pop culture, from “Chopped” competitions to conquering our High-Ropes Course and navigating a giant paddle-board. It’s leadership training that’s as rewarding as it is fun. Our staff ensures every session is rigorous, effective, and packed with experiences that resonate. This is leadership reimagined for the next generation.
